A traditional restaurant with the friendliest and warmest welcome. If you only eat in one place in Tirana, make it here! As a vegan I usually struggle but here I ate like a king! Super tasty food, great Albanian wine & Raki to put hairs on your chest! The owner speaks fluent English. Him and his staff are the nicest of people. Whole heartedly recommend.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate two starving travellers. We were on the search for a traditional breakfast, and Sofra exceeded our expectations. Great hospitality and a very welcoming atmosphere.

We had an amazing meal here! Stuffed steak and kofra casserole were really good and house wine was delicious! The staff and owner are awesome, definitely made the experience here that much better! Don't forget to try the rakia!

Very good traditional albanian food with reasonable prices. Good service! The veg meatballs are a traditional local dish and they were absolutely delicious! The Mousaka was so good we ordered a second helping!!I would recommend a visit to this little gem, for an enjoyable, authentic and yummy evening!

Excellent Food, Great ServiceThe traditional food was very nice and the service was terrific. We really enjoyed dinner here. I strongly recommended that they put a menu on a stand or even a sign on the street (because they are tucked into an alley). That may not be common practice in Albania, but it is around the world.So glad we went here.

Great local spot for authentic Albanian dishes. The menu is also in English. The servers speak English and are awesome at recommending dishes. The prices are very reasonable and they also have beer on draft. The portion sizes are pretty large so be prepared to be really full after the meal.
